How does QRBELL work?

QRBELL generates a unique QR code for your door or gate. When a visitor scans it with their phone camera, they can instantly video call you. You see and speak to them directly from your phone — no hardware, no wiring needed.

How do I install QRBELL?

It is very simple. Clean the surface of your door or gate, peel off the back layer of the sticker, and paste it at eye level. No tools or drilling required. Setup takes less than five minutes.

Do visitors need to download an app?

No. Visitors simply scan the QR code using their phone camera, Paytm, or Google Lens to call you instantly. No app download is needed on the visitor's side.

Can I use QRBELL on multiple doors?

Yes. With the Business Plan you can manage multiple entry points — such as a main gate, back door, and reception — all from a single dashboard.

Can I use QRBELL if I am renting?

Absolutely. Since QRBELL is a removable sticker, there is no drilling or permanent installation required. It is ideal for tenants and rental properties.

Troubleshooting

I am not receiving notifications. Why?

Please check that your phone has an active internet connection. Also verify that notification permissions are enabled for QRBELL in your phone settings. On most phones, go to Settings → Apps → QRBELL → Notifications and ensure they are turned on.

What if my sticker gets damaged or stolen?

Do not worry. You can instantly print a temporary QR code from your dashboard to use right away. For a permanent weather-proof replacement sticker, place a new order from the "My Orders" section of your account.

Does QRBELL work at night?

Yes. However, since the visitor uses their phone camera to scan the code, adequate lighting near your door (such as a porch light) ensures clear video quality after dark.

Does QRBELL work without internet?

Both the visitor and the homeowner need an internet connection to place and receive calls. The QR code sticker itself requires no power or Wi-Fi — it is a passive sticker that works 24/7.

What if I miss a visitor's call?

You will receive a missed-call notification. With paid plans, you can also view visitor logs and call history from your dashboard at any time.

Is the Rs. 365 plan for one month?

No. The Rs. 365 plan covers a full year — that works out to just Rs. 1 per day for complete smart doorbell protection.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us at support@qrbell.co.in and we will process your refund promptly.

How do I renew my plan?

We send a reminder SMS and email 7 days before your plan expires. You can renew at any time via UPI or card directly on the website.

What is included in the free plan?

The free plan includes one QR code, instant video calls, core features, and email support. It is a great way to get started with no upfront cost.

Can I use QRBELL for my business?

Yes. The Business Pro plan includes multiple QR codes, team member access, custom branding, and dedicated support — ideal for offices, shops, and commercial spaces.

How do I claim a warranty?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@qrbell.co.in with your Order ID and photos showing the defect. Our team will review and guide you through the replacement process.

Privacy & Safety

Can the visitor see my mobile number?

Never. Your mobile number is completely masked. The call connects through the QRBELL system over the internet, ensuring 100% privacy for you at all times.

Who can see the visitor logs?

Only you and the family members you have explicitly authorized can view visitor history. We use banking-grade encryption to protect all your data.

Can I block unwanted visitors?

Yes. You can block specific visitors directly from your dashboard. Blocked visitors will not be able to reach you through the system again.

Can I add family members to my account?

Yes. With the Smart Home plan, you can add up to four family members. Everyone gets notified simultaneously when a visitor arrives at your door.
