2. Service Description
QRBELL provides a QR code-based communication service that allows visitors to contact property owners or vehicle owners without sharing personal mobile numbers.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purposes
- You will not misuse or abuse the QRBELL service
4. Product Warranty
QRBELL tags come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing and print defects at the time of delivery. The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from environmental factors (fading, peeling, exposure to heat, sunlight, water, chemicals)
- Improper installation or removal
- Physical damage after delivery
5. Limitation of Liability
QRBELL does not guarantee protection against theft, damage, or misuse of vehicles or property. The service is provided for communication and convenience purposes only.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Mobile numbers are never shared or displayed publicly. All communications are masked and secure.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are available within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only. Please contact support@qrbell.co.in with your order ID and proof of defect.
8. Modifications to Service
QRBELL reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
