1. Overview
At QRBELL, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or replacement for QRBELL products purchased through our official channels.
2. Physical Tag — Warranty & Refund
QRBELL physical tags (QR code stickers) are covered by a 7-day warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and print quality issues only.
You are eligible for a refund or replacement if your tag has one of the following defects:
- QR code is unreadable or unscannable immediately upon receipt
- Significant print quality defect (faded, blurred, or missing elements)
- Wrong product delivered (different size, design, or type than ordered)
- Tag damaged during shipping (supported by unboxing proof)
3. What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not eligible for a refund or warranty claim:
- Damage caused by environmental factors — prolonged exposure to heat, direct sunlight, rain, chemicals, or moisture
- Damage from improper installation (e.g. surface not cleaned before application, applied to rough surfaces)
- Physical damage or scratches occurring after delivery
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Removal and re-application of the sticker
- Change of mind after delivery (if product is undamaged and functioning)
- Loss or theft of the tag after delivery
4. Digital Subscriptions
Subscription plans (Pro, Business) are billed annually and are generally non-refundable once activated, as the digital service is delivered immediately upon payment.
Exceptions may be granted at QRBELL's discretion if:
- You were billed incorrectly or charged twice
- The service was unavailable for an extended period due to a technical issue on our end
For subscription billing issues, please contact us within 7 days of the charge date.
5. How to Raise a Refund Request
To initiate a refund or replacement claim, follow these steps:
- Email us at contact@qrbell.co.in within 7 days of receiving your order
- Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]"
- Include the following in your email:
- Your full name and registered email
- Order ID / transaction reference
- Clear photos or a short video clearly showing the defect
- Brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, the replacement will be dispatched or the refund processed within 5–7 business days.
6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days after approval).
7. Replacement vs. Refund
In most eligible cases, QRBELL will first offer a free replacement of the defective product. A full monetary refund will be offered if:
- A replacement is not feasible due to stock availability
- You explicitly prefer a refund over replacement
- The defect is severe and affects the core functionality of the product
